Credits & Recharge
The platform bills by usage: estimated cost is shown before generating, and failed tasks are refunded automatically. Click "Recharge" at the bottom of the sidebar to open the credits center.
Billing Rules
- Video
- Billed per second: model price (credits/sec) × duration.
- Image
- Billed per image: model price (credits/image) × count.
- Chat (AI Writer)
- Billed by model token usage; the estimate shows before sending.
- Feature multiplier
- Some features carry a multiplier (e.g. e-commerce images). Final cost = model price × usage × multiplier.
- Preview draft
- A 480P video draft costs far less than a 1080P final — preview first, then produce the final.
Model Prices & Tiers
- 1Each model has its own price; generation panels show the live "estimated cost".
- 2Model Manager lists each model's credits/sec or credits/image.
- 3Tiers affect price: Stable, Full, Safe (VIP only), Budget (20% off), Special (40% off).
- 4Star a model in the list to set it as your default.
Recharge
- 1Click "Recharge" at the bottom of the sidebar to open the credits center.
- 2Click the "Recharge" button and pick a package.
- 3Credits arrive instantly after payment; the balance shows at the top of the credits center.
Transactions & Refunds
- Transaction history
- Every spend and refund is recorded, filterable by type.
- Auto refunds
- Credits for failed tasks are refunded automatically — no request needed; refunds appear in the history.
- Sub-account transfers
- For teams, the parent account can allocate and reclaim credits for sub-accounts; balances are independent.
